The proposed application will involve the development of e-scratch cards for lottery players that will allow them to purchase an online version of national lottery scratch cards.

It will be developed, deployed and managed centrally as a single application with single database but multiple APIs to support interconnectivity and use across native mobile and web interfaces.

This app will mimic what is already obtainable in the lottery industry, but main highlights will include:

• Secure random generation of scratch cards
• Secure storage and electronic delivery of the cards to customers
• Secure payment to and from customers(for winnings and purchases).
• Secure receipt of winning claims from the customers.

This app will be beneficial to both lottery players and companies for these reasons:

• Convenience: Players will be able to purchase scratch cards anywhere they are.
• Revenue increase: Increase in revenue generated by the lottery companies as players will have the options of either purchasing cards online or physically going to the shops.
