About Social Proximity

Fi-Ware Social Proximity is a unique social networking mobile application. The application is based on two key components, the users current location and the users current interest (sports, music, food etc.).

Social Proximity consists of two key components, a mobile application and a web application.

Mobile Application
The mobile application allows users to login (via Facebook or guest) create a profile in which the users enters a username and his/her current interest from a predefined list. Social Proximity will automatically acquire the location of the device whilst the user creates their profile. Profiles are then saved onto the Fi-Ware Cloud Infrastructure.

Web Application
The Web Application allows an event organiser to register/login to the system. He/She can then create an event based on a current interest (sport, food, music etc.). Events are then saved onto the Fi-Ware Cloud Infrastructure.
